Desirable

• Working across two squads, you will play an instrumental role in shaping and delivering our CMS migration, and the evolution of our underpinning platforms
• You will work collaboratively with both squads and wider stakeholders to define & break down requirements, unblocking teams where needed and carrying out discovery work to ensure we prioritise value in everything we do
• You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring synergy between the roadmaps of these two squads, highlighting dependencies and keeping alignment between two key workstreams
• Collaborate with all disciplines (Content, SEO, UX, Commercial, Delivery) to ensure all requirements are understood, are tangible and actionable enabling the tech team to scope and build
• Be the guardian of prioritisation - collaborate with stakeholders to assess impact & effort, to ensure we are focusing on the right things to deliver maximum business value
• Gain a deep understanding of the product goals (both short and long term), carrying out necessary discovery work to set the team up for future delivery
• Surface challenges in a timely manner and consult the right people to resolve them, driving delivery progress
• Translate technical approach and challenges into clear language that can be understood by a non-technical audience, enabling effective decision making as we progress and achieving buy-in
• Regularly update on progress, keeping all key stakeholders informed and maintaining a strong two-way communication loop between business and delivery teams
