Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Executive Search, Delinea

• 10 Years of Progressive Talent Acquisition Leadership experience, and at least 5 years experience leading a global workforce strategy
• A minimum of 5 years leading a global TA team including full cycle recruiters and sources
• An extensive knowledge of executive search strategies, the ability to attract top executive talent and onboard them successfully
• Experience developing and leading a global workforce strategy, working alongside People Business Partners and Talent Experience
• The ability to develop robust reporting and analytics designed to guide decisions and attract the best talent to Delinea
• You will bring a strong background in on-brand recruiting and sourcing best practices
• A strong background building Talent Acquisition reporting and analytics, driving connective stories between the candidate experience and long term success at Delinea
• Experience in growing technology companies, public and private
• Strong executive presence and experience recruiting for a broad range of executive roles

• The Sr. Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Executive Search is responsible for leading a global team of Talent Acquisition Professionals focused on finding and hiring the best talent
• We are looking for an experienced global leader who is mission driven and ready to build the next phase of talent acquisition at Delinea
• This role will be an important member of the People Leadership Team and will work cross functionally across Operations, People Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Experience and HRIS
• This role will report to the VP, Talent Experience and will be based in San Francisco
• Build collaborative partnerships with the Executive Team, business leaders and key stakeholders to develop an innovative, cohesive recruitment strategy that aligns with the organization's growth priorities and workforce plans
• Develop and operationalize a talent planning model, in partnership with the business, to enable both short-term and long-term recruiting plans
• Manage recruiting demands and proactively assess recruitment volume and headcount planning during budget cycles
• You will suggest, implement and drive adoption of Talent Acquisition best practices including success metrics and SLA’s
• You will develop robust reporting and dashboards that track our success towards our SLA’s and diversity hiring
• Collaborate across the People Team and the business to co-create a diversity hiring strategy and execution plan
• Establish a strategic point of view on building and providing people insights through data to support the business and leaders in driving business decisions
• You will build and manage progressive strategies to identify, source, assess, and recommend the world's top leadership talent
• You will lead all executive searches (VP+) , in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team
• You will establish and lead the executive onboarding process in partnership with the VP, Talent Experience
• Inspire and develop our global Talent Acquisition team by cultivating a culture of ongoing learning and collaboration

• Phone screen with our Interim Talent Acquisition Leader
• Interview with the VP, Talent Experience
• Interviews with the executive leadership team members including the Head of People, President GTM, CFO and CEO
• Informal round tables with the TA team will be hosted for the final two candidates
