• 2+ years of project management experience in the tech industry, leading software engineering projects
• Knowledgeable on typical project management related tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc
• Self-motivated, autonomous, demonstrates initiative, flexibility, maturity under pressure
• Collaborative by nature, quickly and easily builds relationships, ensures open dialog, engenders trust and partners well within a team to deliver results

• Stay ahead of roadblocks by supporting with the planning, execution and reporting. You'll ensure projects are timely and of top quality
• Run scrums, keep the team aligned and prioritized and make agile actually work in a way that’s productive (and not just for the sake of it!)
• You’ll bring energy and positivity and a clear vision to help the team do their best work in a fun, collaborative way
