Events Marketing Manager, Stripe

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing
• Proven success in executing field and third-party events tied to sales and demand generation outcomes
• Strong program management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners
• Experience in building and managing event budgets and timelines across multiple concurrent programs

• As the AMER Events Marketing Manager, Industry, you will oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and performance of events supporting Stripe’s industry GTM and field marketing initiatives across the Americas
• You will create experiences that elevate the Stripe brand, drive pipeline, and support revenue growth through engaging executive and practitioner-level interactions
• You’ll work closely with industry field marketing and sales stakeholders to align event strategies with business goals, ensuring every event delivers a high-quality Stripe experience
• You will report to the Head of Events for the Americas and partner closely with the Head of GTM Industries and the Americas Industry Field Marketing Lead
• Expect to drive programs across multiple industries—such as retail, financial services, insurance, public sector, and healthcare—leading both third-party and Stripe-hosted events that shape Stripe’s presence in key markets through tailored regional strategies
• Own the end-to-end execution of third-party sponsorships and Stripe-hosted events aligned with industry go-to-market priorities across the Americas
• Develop strategic event plans that align with business objectives, including pipeline generation, account engagement, and relationship building
• Collaborate with field marketing, sales, and GTM industry leads to identify the optimal mix of experiences to meet our segment goals
• Manage agency partners and internal resources to deliver seamless, high-impact events
• Track, analyze, and optimize event performance using data, stakeholder feedback, and field insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, brand, communications, and partner marketing to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned experiences
• Maintain a deep understanding of Stripe’s industry narratives to ensure consistent positioning and messaging across all touchpoints
