Who you are

  • Experience in both marketing and sales. Maybe you started in sales and found yourself drawn to marketing because of the bigger impact you can have on more people earlier in the process
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to put people at ease and paint the most compelling picture of the future possible
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies independently that deliver results
  • Creativity in developing innovative marketing campaigns and sales approaches
  • Deep understanding of the online community, course creation, or membership site landscape
  • Ability to build relationships with creators at different stages, incorporating learnings into solutions quickly

What the job involves

  • This is an opportunity to radically change people’s businesses—and create communities that haven’t been possible before
  • Attract new creators, entrepreneurs, and brands intimidated by moving to Mighty Networks, but who will massively benefit from people magic
  • Establish a dedicated sales and marketing effort around migration. Think social, education, live training, content marketing, and probably even a ‘migration HQ’ website
  • Craft persuasive sales pitches and marketing materials that showcase the ease and benefits of migrating to Mighty Networks
  • Develop and optimize the marketing funnel for migration prospects
  • Provide ongoing input to product, engineering, and our migration support teams to shape and evolve our migration experience
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to migration marketing
