Senior Machine Learning Scientist, Deep Genomics

• We seek an exceptional individual with a strong research background and a passion for pushing the boundaries of machine learning and its applications in drug discovery
• The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Biology, or a related field
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences and journals, developing machine learning models for production, or both
• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Bioinformatics, or a related field, with a strong publication record
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks, with a solid understanding of their theoretical foundations
• Proficiency in Python and experience with popular machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
• Strong mathematical and statistical background, with experience in areas such as optimization, probabilistic modeling, and numerical methods
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
