- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success
- Proven track record managing both project-based engagements and ongoing strategic relationships

What the job involves
- As Anthropic's first Customer Success Manager in EMEA, you will be instrumental in establishing our customer success foundation across the region while driving successful adoption and growth of our AI solutions
- You'll manage a diverse portfolio that spans both time-bound implementation engagements and ongoing strategic customer relationships, helping enterprises harness the full potential of Claude to achieve their business objectives
- This role combines the hands-on implementation focus of getting customers quickly to value with the strategic account management needed to drive long-term adoption and expansion
- You'll be building customer success practices from the ground up while directly supporting customers through their entire journey with Anthropic
- Implementation & Activation: Lead end-to-end rollout of Claude for Enterprise from kickoff to successful deployment, focusing on rapid time-to-value for customers
- Strategic Account Management: Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing account and success plans grounded in the customers’ business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and serving as a conduit between the customer and Anthropic
- Technical Guidance: Become an expert in Anthropic's products, methodology, and prompting techniques to provide hands-on technical advice and optimization recommendations
- Change Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer and Center of Excellence
- Regional Foundation: Help establish customer success best practices and processes as we scale our EMEA operations

Funded by Google and founded by ex-OpenAI employees, Anthropic is an AI company focused on building a reliable, innovative AI system. While the company is relatively new to the market it has already launched a highly anticipated AI chat assistant called Claude which is set to rival OpenAI's ChatGPT.
Similar to other chatbots, Claude is accessible through a chat interface and can provide a number of conversation and text-processing tasks. A key point of differentiation is that Claude is designed to produce less harmful outputs than that of the other chatbots that came before it.
While there is much praise for the chat assistant, there is still room for improvement with feedback reporting that Claude is worse at maths and grammar compared to its rival. However, with industry giants like Google backing this company from an early stage, it is clear Anthropic has the potential to become a leading player within the AI industry.
