Senior Key Account Manager, Deepki

• Consultative/value-selling, able to identify and articulate customer benefit
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Experience influencing stakeholders, including c-suite
• Experience working with large/enterprise customers
• Strong organisational skills, rigorous approach and focused on execution
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills, French strong plus
• Genuine interest in environmental transition

• In order to strengthen our growth, we are looking for a Key Account Manager
• Develop and lead the in-life account strategy for a group of named key accounts
• Plan and execute account development plans, identify customer needs and opportunities for Deepki to deliver greater value
• Build a strong and diverse network of stakeholders, at all levels within a customers organisation, and matching these with Deepki colleagues where necessary
• Mobilise and co-ordinate in-house resource and expertise to create high-impact solutions and commercial proposals
• Anticipate, plan and manage the lifecycle events of the key accounts: tenders, contract renewals, negotiations, manage customer satisfaction, etc to maximise ARR and retention
• Establish deep and lasting customer relationships to reinforce Deepki's reputation as a committed and trusted partner
• Uncover and manage commercial opportunities (installation, subscription, upsales)
• Negotiate and close deals with customers
