Who you are

This role requires a deep understanding of customer segmentation and targeting, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment
3 to 10 years of experience in Strategy roles or on Strategy projects as a Management Consultant OR experience in scaling business from 1 to 10
Experience in industry research and customer segmentation
Experience working with executive leaders and are willing to debate and push back
Are able to structure analysis & build data-driven models
Have a growth mindset. Don’t mind trying new ideas and learn fast
Have an ownership mentality and get things done
Use AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own

Desirable

Are proficient with data analytics and visualization tools (GBQ/SQL, DataStudio/Looker, etc.)
Engineering, manufacturing or related experience is a big plus
MBA preferred, not required

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Analytics who will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing marketing strategies, and providing valuable insights to support our growth objectives

Our take

Formlabs' founders met at MIT in 2011, and set about creating a company that would disrupt the 3D printing market. While the majority of the industry was experiencing a crash, Formlabs managed to buck the trend by implementing additive manufacturing (stereolithography) to a desktop form factor.

While many 3D printing manufacturers have tried in vain to market their hardware to home users, Formlabs has maintained a laser-sharp focus on serving the needs of professionals and large-scale companies such as Coke and Sony. Striving to keep costs low while maintaining an optimal user experience, the company has sold well over 100,000 printers.

With considerable funding at its back, Formlabs has continued to develop new solutions such as a series of mass manufacturing solutions that enable its customers to dramatically increase their 3D printing output. As the largest supplier of professional SLA and SLS 3D printers in the world, the company is well set to further its position and achieve further global growth.
