Who you are
- Strong drive & can-do mindset: You're solution-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environment. You approach any task with a belief that anything can be figured out
- Proven track record in Polish influencer marketing: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, specifically in the Polish market
- Deep understanding of the Polish social media landscape: You have extensive knowledge of the Polish creator ecosystem across YouTube, Twitch, Instagram and Kick
- Strong network in the Polish market: You already have established relationships with creators, agencies, and key players in the Polish social media space
- Experience building and leading initiatives: You can develop and execute strategies independently and have experience building programs from the ground up
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills: You excel at building and maintaining partnerships while securing favorable terms for all parties involved
- Data-driven decision making: You understand how to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data
- You are fluent in both Polish and English
- You are based in Berlin or are willing to relocate
What the job involves
- Influencer marketing is a central part of our marketing mix. As we expand into Poland, we're building our Polish Partnerships team from the ground up.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to pioneer our influencer marketing strategy in a new market, working with creators across gaming, sports, and lifestyle verticals.

- Our performance-oriented partnership approach has established HOLY as one of the leading influencer brands in the DACH region
- In this role, you will build the Polish talent pool and manage the entire partnership process—from initial contact through contract negotiations to ongoing relationship management with creators and agencies.
- You'll be responsible for managing expectations, providing constructive performance feedback, and cultivating meaningful partnerships that drive growth in the Polish market
- You will execute and potentially iterate our performance-driven influencer marketing strategy for the Polish market, including creator selection, outreach, contract negotiation, and relationship management to achieve channel KPIs
- Build our presence from scratch and establish close, long-term partnerships with Poland's leading creators
- Ability to manage and strategically invest budgets exceeding €50,000 achieving planned returns regarding New Customer and further efficiency metrics
- You will create a best-in-class partnership program specifically tailored to the Polish market to set HOLY apart from competitors and other sponsors
- You will collaborate with creators and our internal creative team to execute localized campaigns that boost sales and generate buzz for our brand in Poland

- Getting to know you: You will have a 30-minute screening interview with our Talent Partner discussing HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match
- Hiring Manager Interview with Piotr: Diving deeper into some more technical topics and your experience with Piotr, our Country Lead for Poland
- Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study
- In-person discussion: In this on-site meeting, Piotr and the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office, the HOLY Temple. In addition, you’ll meet parts of the HOLY leadership team and learn more about HOLY’s culture, vision, and team
- Job offer and decision: Once the process is completed, we will take the time to present you with a competitive offer, including a share package, and answer any questions you have regarding the employment, before you joining our journey

Our take
The soft drinks industry is big business, estimated to reach a value of over $600 billion by 2030. However, many of the biggest brands are full of unhealthy and unethically sourced ingredients that are not in line with the push for more sustainable products. HOLY is a German company that wants to disrupt the soft drink industry with healthier and more ethically sourced alternatives.
HOLY’s two flagship products are its energy drink and iced tea. With sugar and taurine-free ingredients, the products come in powder form which saves 90% on packaging and significantly decreases the amount of CO2 emissions from manufacture and transport compared to canned drinks.
As with many soft drinks, HOLY’s branding is key. Its vivid designs and online presence increase its appeal for the gaming community, who would typically lean toward large competitors such as Monster Energy. With good funding at its back, HOLY is on the right path to compete with well-established rivals, having sold more than 10 million drinks solely via its online marketplace.
