Quality Assurance Manager, AllTrails

• 5+ years QA experience
• 2+ years of QA Management experience
• Excellent knowledge of Risk Identification, Risk Management and Risked Based Testing
• Strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, ideally in a continuous delivery environment
• Self motivation and a deep sense of pride in your work
• Scrappy, creative problem solver who is willing to dive in wherever is needed
• Passion for the outdoors
• Comfort with ambiguity and an instinct for moving quickly

• We're looking for a dedicated QA Manager to help ensure every AllTrails user experience meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. In this role, you'll guide and mentor a skilled team, build and scale thoughtful QA strategies, and foster a culture rooted in curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning
• Managing and mentoring a team of experienced and passionate quality engineers
• Developing manual QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework
• Monitoring and analyzing key process and quality metrics; driving corrective and preventive action plans to ensure ongoing improvement
• Providing technical expertise in Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, Tools and Techniques
• Fostering a quality, accountability, and collaboration culture across the organization
