• Strong commercial software engineering experience, ideally with at least two years of hands-on experience using C#
• Experience with .NET / .NET Core
• Experience working with SQL Server, including writing and optimising queries and database objects
• Frontend development experience with Angular
• Experience supporting and enhancing established enterprise applications
• Comfortable working across a mix of modern and legacy environments
• Good understanding of API development and backend services
• Experience with scalable distributed systems and service-oriented architectures
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and architectural patterns
• Experience or strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and distributed systems design

• We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team working on a well-established payments and subscription platform built primarily around the Microsoft technology stack
• Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you'll work across the full SDLC covering new feature development, operational support, automated testing, troubleshooting, platform modernisation and stability
• You’ll work in an environment that blends established systems with active modernisation efforts, giving you real influence over architecture, engineering practices, platform direction, and overall software quality
• There are strong opportunities for technical growth, with hands-on involvement in solution design, modernisation initiatives, and evolving engineering standards
• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications built using the Microsoft stack
