Role
Who you are
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (SDR/BDR or AE) — ideally SaaS with early closing success
- Strong outbound motivation & ability to generate your own pipeline
- Confident in qualification, negotiation, and closing multi-step deals (Enterprise co-selling a plus)
- Reliable forecasting, KPI focus & disciplined CRM management (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Native-level German (C2) and very good English; familiar with DACH business culture & trends
What the job involves
- We're building Europe’s leading workplace intelligence platform. After our Series B, we're scaling fast in the DACH market — and you’ll be joining at an exciting early stage. You’ll learn from top sellers, quickly own your own deals, and help customers experience the future of work first-hand
- Hamburg or Berlin as your base; hybrid with an in-office focus. Presence in one of our hubs (Munich, Pfäffikon, Barcelona, Paris) and travel to customers & team workshops
- Hit or exceed quota through predictable coverage, rising win rates, and shorter sales cycles
- Execute territory & account strategies: ICP/segments, repeatable plays, partner involvement
- Sell with strong methodology: rigorous discovery, clear deal strategy, compelling narratives
- Work seamlessly with BDR, Marketing, CS & Product — fast feedback loops from the market
- Strengthen our presence in the market through references, use cases, and thought leadership

Swiss-based Deskbird is on route to become Europe’s leading workplace management platform that allows companies to create ordered but flexible environments.
The company has adopted a unique approach to workplace management, offering the first workplace software built around users instead of buildings. Along with standard functionalities like booking resources, the tool that has brought the company unique success is the ability, via mobile app, to identify who of their employees are in the office and thereby schedule meetings accordingly.
Following 2023 funding, the company will invest capital into extending reach across European markets, entering the US market, and to allow expansion of its product offerings. The company's 10 year plan is to be to workforce management what Salesforce is to CRM. A lofty goal, but the company is certainly setting itself up to achieve this in due time.
