- Detailed understanding of the Adtech /Mobile Advertising ecosystem
- Strong network amongst app advertisers and agencies in the US
- Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in business administration, marketing, or related field
What the job involves
- The Global Sales team is responsible for bringing in and generating strong, long-term relationships with Advertisers from leading mobile app companies! We are Jampp ambassadors and also work closely with all internal teams to deliver outstanding results for our customers
- As part of our ambitious growth plans in North America, we are looking for a Sales Director go-getter with experience in AdTech to join our NAM Sales team
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, bringing in new customers, and building strong relationships with them in order to strengthen our growth in North America
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy (including but not limited to) a short and long-term account and agency plan, a staffing plan that supports scaling of business, and the ability to define clear lines of account and agency responsibility
- Prospect and close business with a targeted list of app advertisers
- Nurture strong and long-term relationships with all key clients, ensuring honest communication, fair expectation setting, and outstanding delivery
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to the sales plan through a deep understanding of Jampp’s products and ad inventory
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, and launching deals, including conducting all the research necessary to identify target accounts and how to win budgets
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize advertising revenue, including product marketing, research, account management, and more
