Who you are
- A graduate business degree (MBA, MSc, etc.)
- 5-8 years of professional experience in management consulting, venture capital, startups, and/ or corporate strategy or innovation industry roles
- Client-facing experience in advisory/ professional services roles is a significant plus
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, paired with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- A natural collaborator who builds trust quickly and brings energy into teams and client rooms

Antler is a global start-up generator and early-stage VC company.
