Who you are
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or similar roles
- Experience with product management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in execution
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly structured and process-oriented approach to work
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a desire to make the complex simple for stakeholders

What the job involves
- We're looking for a motivated Product Manager to be the first dedicated operations product champion in our organisation
- This is a fantastic opportunity to shape our product development practices and drive a product-centric approach across teams
- You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to improve how we gather, prioritise, and action product feedback
- You will also support internal teams to use the product with clients, and advise on the implementation, collecting feedback as you go
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and engineering teams to improve product adoption and user experience, both internally and for our clients
- Develop and implement systems for collecting and analysing user feedback across various channels
- Conduct training sessions to increase product understanding across the organisation
- Establish a framework for prioritising feedback and translating it into actionable product development plans
- Advocate for a data-driven approach to product decision-making
