Senior Data Analyst, Auth0

• 6+ years of experience working in a data role, ideally at some point in/with SaaS companies
• Ability to write, analyze, and debug complex SQL queries
• An understanding of Data Warehouse design, ETL (Extraction, Transformation & Load)
• Fluent in Python or R
• An understanding of statistics, including experimentation and A/B testing (eg. statistical significance, following the ICE model)
• An interest in ML and AI
• Familiarity with Tableau, Looker
• Excited to dig into large complex data sets
• Ability to work independently, establish priorities and demonstrate good judgment skills
• Thrive and push to get high-impact initiatives done in a complex environment

• We’re hiring for a Senior Level Data Analyst to help Auth0 drive measurable business impact
• Ou’ll help the team discover new opportunities for business and user growth by digging into large complex data sets and learning where the Growth team should run a/b experiments
• You’ll be a key owner of how reporting, metrics, and data processes function, and help ensure our data and metrics are working as expected with various databases and tools
• Perform detailed analysis on the business both on a regular and ad hoc basis
• Recommend actions/initiatives based on your discoveries
• Build and maintain models and dashboards.
• Assist our Growth Strategists in analyzing the results of A/B experiments
• Help scale experimentation processes; uncover ways we can improve A/B testing
• Act as a Growth team point of contact with other reporting and data teams
