What the job involves
- As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in the growth of Stairwell by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities
- You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to our unique cybersecurity solutions and setting the foundation for long-term relationships
- This role offers a great opportunity for career growth in sales at an exciting, fast-growing company
- Research and identify potential customers within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to build interest in Stairwell’s solutions
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with Stairwell’s offerings
- Work closely with the sales team to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Develop a deep understanding of Stairwell’s product and cybersecurity market trends
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Inception and related products to prospects
- Partner with marketing to optimize lead-generation campaigns and messaging
- Provide feedback on messaging, objections, and market insights to improve sales strategy
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in Salesforce
- Meet or exceed activity metrics, including calls, emails, and meetings scheduled
