Who you are
- Clear and effective communication
- Minimum of 5 years in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales with passion for customer success and empathy for customer outcomes and value
- Experience in building and scaling an effective Customer Success model
- Proven track record and experience working with and growing large complex enterprise accounts and relationships in close collaboration with sales and in a high growth and ambiguous environment
- Experience with Machine Data, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security domain and tools such as Splunk, Elasticsearch, and other SIEM tools
- Willingness to travel as needed up to 25%
- You live in United Kingdom, Netherlands or Germany

What the job involves
- EMEA Services Manager- Partners is responsible for the development and scaling of our global partner delivery program in EMEA. You will define and manage Cribl’s service delivery partner programs
- Develop, scale and manage service partner delivery program
- Evangelize partner solutions with Cribl sales teams to articulate the partner value proposition
- Foster engagement between channel management and field sales teams to produce mutually beneficial results
- Review services pipeline velocity with partner and field teams and align on service partner growth needs and strategy
- Work with partners to understand enablement needs and develop programs/offerings to support those needs
- Drive and facilitate partner certifications
- Partner with channel team to nurture new services partners that support the Cribl values
- Create and facilitate information regarding Cribl service delivery, so partners are educated on the latest tools and developments
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of partner service delivery. Validate services levels are being met by soliciting direct customer feedback and ensuring engagement delivery
- Continuous learning of current functional and technical knowledge of Cribl products and industry best practices
- Coordinate the delivery of product enablement, onboarding, technical issue resolution for Cribl service delivery partners in EMEA
- Continually work to improve the process for partner onboarding and engagement
- Establish regular cadence meetings and governance to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management

As companies now collect more and more data from frequently scattered sources, its useability and reliability comes into question. By offering an observability service, Cribl allows users to maintain the health of their data systems by monitoring, tracking and troubleshooting issues.
Cribl's main challenge will be competing with the likes of Observe and Edge Delta. However, Cribl has raised impressive funds that should accelerate its transition from a limited tool vendor to a fully-fledged observability suite. The company also boasts surpassing $100 million in annual recurring revenue, having grown this from $1 million in less than four years.
