Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 6 years in a relevant role such as Business Partner, Program Manager, Project Manager or Chief of Staff
- Deep experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and using insights to build targeted initiatives and programs
- Extensive experience working within a diversity and inclusion function, working on initiatives related to the advancement of diversity
- Ability to be an innovative and creative thinker
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally across global borders
- Proven ability leading the development and implementation of programs that touch upon a wide variety of corporate functions, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Communications
- Ability to develop and communicate an overall strategic vision as well as the ability to put the plan into operation
- Experience addressing senior level management to influence organizational change
- Experience delivering pivotal initiatives across a global organization
What the job involves
- In the Senior Diversity Business Partner role, you will partner with the Chief Diversity Officer and serve as part of the global Belonging & Diversity organization
- As a key member of the Belonging & Diversity team you will be aligned to business functions where your primary responsibilities will include driving functional initiatives that develop inclusion, increase belonging sentiment, and ensure equity for all
- As a Senior Diversity Business Partner, you will collaborate cross functionally and within the People & Purpose (HR) organization to develop targeted tools and actions while also partnering to ensure that locally relevant compliance related programs and initiatives are in place
