What the job involves
- Set the right expectations upfront in alignment with Gigster's solution and contract
- Communicate clearly and concisely project status in alignment with Gigster solution
- Manage scope, solution, or expectation variations in alignment with client expectations, Gigster solution, and contract to find a win-win
- Anticipate client relations risks
- Handle good or difficult conversations: the team behind, client blocks delivery, team changes, timeline/scope trade-offs
- Manage client acceptance of the Gigster deliverables
- Grow client trust and confidence in Gigster
- Staff the team (via Network Operations team): understand the team structure/profiles needed, resource gaps, select contributors assuming budget, allocation, geography
- Be able to be an authority (in a good way) for the team of senior professionals
