• 5-7 years of HRBP experience, preferably in a SaaS company

• The Senior HR Business Partner (Internal Title: Senior People Partner) will be responsible for HR support for Tekion's team across all functions and levels within the organization
• You will be instrumental in building out the team in a period of high growth and, in doing so, working cross functionally with senior leadership across the organization
• Strategic Partnership: Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and business unit leaders, serving as a key advisor on all talent management and HR matters
