Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform, infrastructure, or shared systems at scale
- Demonstrated systems thinking with the ability to align technical architecture and user experience across complex ecosystems
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across teams without direct authority
- Exceptional communication skills and effectiveness operating within matrixed, multi-product organizations
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in high-growth, enterprise SaaS environments
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and localization best practices within global product organizations

What the job involves
- As Senior Product Manager, Experience Platform, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of foundational platform capabilities across DV’s Pinnacle ecosystem
- You’ll own the shared systems that enable consistency, scalability, and efficiency across our products — including information architecture, global navigation, CMS capabilities, feature flag governance, accessibility, localization, and self-service support platforms
- You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional Product teams to build scalable infrastructure that empowers teams to innovate faster while delivering a seamless, cohesive experience to customers worldwide
- This role is ideal for a systems thinker who enjoys building durable foundations that power multiple products
- Communication and leadership skills are crucial as the position interfaces heavily at all levels and across functions in the DoubleVerify organization, and with key external partners
- Deliver a cohesive, scalable platform foundation that enables faster product innovation across Pinnacle
- Create a unified global information architecture and navigation experience that improves usability and cross-product discoverability
- Standardize cross-product platform processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and long-term maintainability
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to ensure systems are extensible, resilient, and built for long-term scale
- Define and track platform-level KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and overall ecosystem health
- Establish strong governance for shared services to reduce fragmentation and improve operational reliability
- Build scalable CMS and localization frameworks that enable rapid content iteration and seamless expansion into global markets
- Work in close partnership with Product Design to operationalize accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) across shared components and workflows, elevating inclusivity across the platform
- Partner w/ Technical Writing team to scale DV’s self-service support ecosystem (Freshdesk Knowledge Base and Docusaurus Developer Portal) to increase customer autonomy and reduce support burden

The importance of digital advertising continues to grow, but it can be difficult for companies to protect their brand identity online. DoubleVerify solves this problem using software that monitors campaign performance in real-time.
Since it was first launched, DoubleVerify has successfully carved out an impressive market share, and now boasts customers such as digital advertising giant Facebook as long-time customers. Its success is largely owed to the quality of its technology, which far outperforms that of its rivals. DoubleVerify has consolidated its success by expanding the range of languages its tools support. It has also expanded into new markets such as Australia and New Zealand, a key indicator of the company’s continued growth.
The digital ad space is changing constantly, and DoubleVerify will need to remain as agile and adaptive as it is at present in order to compete with rivals such as Tremor and Quantcast. But with a 2021 IPO, several recent rounds of funding and new product releases, it looks set to tackle its competitors head on and stay ahead of the game.
