What the job involves

Treecard is looking for a growth minded Founder's Associate to jump into our scaling team to manage many different marketing orientated projects. This is a great opportunity for the person who loves to have their hands in a little bit of everything and for someone who is interested in learning the ins and outs of startups
No day will be the same- you will have the opportunity to work alongside different departments to help build our campus ambassador program, attract users to our growing community and support our Co-Founders on special projects as needed
Assist the CEO with managing relationships with marketing agencies to manage design assets and social ad performance agreements
Help build the Treecard Ambassador program from scratch alongside our marketing team- recruit across universities, organize campaign logistics and manage and drive the student teams
Create content for the Treecard blog and manage our growing user community
Assist on various other marketing growth initiatives based off strategic needs

Our take

Directing the flow of consumer finances towards fighting climate change is an extremely powerful way to affect change. Treecard aims to do this by providing a way for consumers to spend more responsibly and to date has planted over 6 million trees.

It is partnered with Ecosia - the eco-friendly search engine - and will be working very closely with them as it grows. In particular, Treecard will be doing all the tree planting and the search engine will provide a core channel for user acquisition.

Treecard is well positioned to become the leading green finance brand with a full suite of products for conscious consumers and business users (green investing, expense cards, bank to bank payments). This is a position no brand has claimed yet.
