Who you are
- Candidates will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, possess deep attention to detail, an unrelenting drive to get to the answer, and have the ability to thrive in the ambiguity and open space that comes in a fast-growing organization
- Candidates will also be required to have mastery of Excel and data manipulation skills
- This role is for doers with an extreme level of ownership; those able to get into the details and get the job done while seeing the forest for the trees
- 4+ years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have managed, cross-functional workstreams. Treasury or Corporate Finance experience is required. Large multi-national treasury, Big-4 accounting, or similar experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience supporting treasury management platforms with a strong preference for candidates with experience in treasury management systems
- Currency hedging experience in treasury management role
- Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy to understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the executive management team
- Ability to think creatively; Builder who is ambitious. Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Collaboratively-focused and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever changing business
- Comfortable completing projects requiring individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics
- Outstanding software and system skills including master proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a must. Experience in Netsuite, SAP or other ERP is a plus as well as TMS systems and Bloomberg
- Must be eligible to work in the United States; no H1-B visa sponsorship available
What the job involves
- We are seeking a high-performing, self-sufficient Analyst to join our Treasury team. This position reports to the Manager of Treasury and will support strategic cash management and reporting
- A high level of ownership will be required as well as the capacity to develop and document scalable processes
- You will partner closely with internal teams like Accounting, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and manage external banking relationships to facilitate the company’s rapid growth
- Responsible for processing timely payments and ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
- Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
- Verifying transaction information, scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment
- Support Audit, Accounting, Tax and Treasury team ensuring overall coordination of all financial accounting activities
- Assist with managing cash flow, forecasting, and optimizing liquidity
- Support the implementation, maintenance and utilization of the treasury management system
- Manage reporting, reconciliation and month end close in global currency hedging program
- Develop repeatable and scalable processes in Treasury areas including global cash management, cash flow forecasting, risk management, and payment operations
- Interface with global finance and business teams, and external partners, in support of Treasury activities
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical banking and cash management issues

CoreWeave reduces prediction times and makes service requests faster and more efficient. This, in turn, cuts cloud costs considerably. This has proven to be a strong draw for many companies, with CoreWeave signing a lucrative partnership with GPU heavyweight NVIDIA as well as partnering with BitOoda, which has allowed it to expand its operations to the financial market.
However, in 2023 it closed three very significant rounds of funding (Series B and debt and secondary extensions), which is being invested into expanding its US-based data centers, opening two new ones in the coming year. The question remains whether, despite 2023's big investments in the sector, CoreWeave can maintain this momentum and whether generative AI's stock will continue to rise.
