Bachelor in economics, finance or business administration

Previous experience in a B2B Sales/Business Development role is a plus

What the job involves

At Kantox, we are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our amazing Sales and hold an important role in the organisation
We are looking for an energetic and achievement-oriented Sales Development Representative fluent in English to help us open the market in the United States by generating interest with key stakeholders in our target accounts and quickly qualifying incoming leads
The BDR team is composed of international team members focusing on markets such as French, Benelux, DACH, Spain and UK
At the same time, we are a group of people with an international mindset - curious, explorative and open-minded
We enjoy leaving our comfort-zone to reach new heights and push each other to bring out the best in ourselves
Reporting to the Team Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for the following:
Being knowledgeable on how Kantox works, the problems we are solving, and the benefits we bring to enterprises
Conducting effective first discovery and qualification conversations via phone/LinkedIn/email with key stakeholders from our targets accounts
Qualifying inbound leads by utilising your deep understanding of the Kantox value proposition and use-cases
Qualifying incoming leads (inbound) as potential sales opportunities through initial phone and email contact
Keeping a meticulous record of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce)

Spanish fintech company, Kantox helps corporations manage currency through automation. Founded by ex-Deloitte consultants, Kantox switched from being a currency exchange platform into a fully fledged automation and fintech software company.

Back in 2015, Kantox won the European Fintech Of The Year Award, thanks in part to its Dynamic Hedging software which manages hedging analytics, workflow, and reporting. In October 2022, investment bank BNP Paribas acquired Kantox for 120 million euros after three years of investment in the company - a shift in ownership that should bolster Kantox as markets continue to be turbulent.
