Director of Operations, Whiteworth

• You have run operations for a high-volume remote sales and service business
• You are fluent in commission-driven sales floor culture and know how to hold a floor to a number
• You have managed managers, not just individual contributors, across a distributed team
• You have owned hiring, performance management and terminations at scale
• You can read raw data and reconcile it against a dashboard yourself, without waiting on an analyst
• You are London-based and can work 2:00pm–12:00am UK to cover US business hours
• You are hands-on and will personally work every seat before you change anything

Desirable

• Spend your first 90 days working every seat personally: make setting calls, sit in on closes, handle client success tickets, process a refund, run a morning meeting, reconcile raw data against the dashboards
• Own the sales floor end to end — setters, closers and their managers
• Own client success and retention, including refunds, disputes and churn
• Own lead delivery and quality across both brands
• Hire, develop and performance-manage a team of roughly 100 across Mexico and South America
• Own the reporting stack and make sure the numbers the founders see match reality
• Own compliance across both businesses
• Run the daily and weekly operating rhythm the whole company works to
