Who you are
- 2+ years of UX Design experience creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate your design concepts
- A firm command of interaction design fundamentals on the web
- Proficiency with Figma or other modern design & prototyping tools
- Experience contributing to shipped software products
- Online portfolio of your work and process
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with product managers and developers about the design vision
- Fluency in user experience fundamentals: research, wireframes, mockups, prototyping, usability testing
- Poise to lead customer conversations and identify opportunities to help customers succeed
- A collaborative nature with strong communication skills, sincerity, and a desire to bring order to complex design challenges

What the job involves
- Contribute and iterate on exceptional design work
- Work closely with other designers, product managers, and developers to refine your work and bring it to life
- Help guide product direction through generative research with customers
- Explore several diverse solutions and validate the right solution with prototypes and quantitative/qualitative customer research
- Present design solutions to product managers and developers with confidence while remaining open to feedback
- Strike the right balance of providing perfectly detailed design specs and iterating with development during implementation
