You have experience managing the entire lifecycle of a client, including onboarding, quarterly business reviews, renewal, and upsells
You have experience working with large enterprises and liaising with senior executives across several business functions such as strategy, sales, marketing, and data/insights
You have a track record of meeting and exceeding gross retention targets
You are a team player and are motivated by the company’s success, not just your own
With a high EQ, you are sensitive to clients’ needs and quickly develop client relationships

What the job involves

We are looking for a Director of Client Strategy to join our growing Retail and Brands business
This individual will be focused on supporting relationships with key brand and retail customers
In this role, you will become an expert in understanding our clients' business challenges and ensuring we drive adoption and value
Your role will be focused on driving strong client engagement and relationships to ensure value creation, leading to favorable renewal outcomes
This role will include supporting clients in partnership with an Account Executive (AE), Client Strategy Manager (CSM) and Solutions partners
Lead and develop a team of Client Strategy Managers (CSMs), helping to set and execute plans to achieve retention and revenue goals
Lead the team responsible for driving successful renewal processes and outcomes: ensuring value and adoption to drive high retention and long-term client partnerships
Lead a team that:
Deeply understands the client base and jobs to be done. Become a trusted resource for our clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service
Leverages product expertise to drive value, user engagement, and deeper adoption
Cross functional alignment to drive positive client outcomes access the Product and Revenue organization
Build and leverage tools and data to support a quickly scaling book and user base
Support AE team to drive upsell opportunities by identifying additional client needs and expanding product adoption
Build and maintain relationships with budget owners and key decision-makers
Collaborate cross-functionally with solutions and client strategy teams to ensure clients receive high-value insights and support
Implement best practices and data-driven strategies to enhance account management performance
