Who you are

- You have led complex B2B SaaS enterprise deals
- You have a track-record of hitting your revenue targets >$1M per year for more than 2 years

- You know how to build your own pipeline and build and nurture relationships

- You’re well-versed in sales methodologies, like MEDDIC, and you are used to working in a reporting cadence, and making account plans

What the job involves
- We're looking for a motivated Sales Manager to boost sales in Germany
- As part of our go-to-market team, you'll find and seal important deals to help our organization grow
- Your success will depend on knowing our business well, being a great communicator, and having a track record of successful sales
- Own the full sales cycle, with an emphasis on creating and growing new accounts
- Work your own deals and build your champions all the way from the early stages to closing
- Become a trusted advisor to our customers, nurturing relationships with executive sponsors, GMs, healthcare professionals, as well as our partners
- Own the end-to-end renewal process - conducting Quarterly Reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, managing contract negotiations, and coordinating with product teams internally at Corti
- Serve as the voice of the customer and help identify pains and patterns and feed these insights to Corti’s product teams
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Growth, and Engineering to share feedback from customers and improve our products
