You have led complex B2B SaaS enterprise deals
You have a track-record of hitting your revenue targets >$1M per year for more than 2 years
You are a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed

You know how to build your own pipeline and build and nurture relationships
You’ve worked at fast-growing, high-performance companies

What the job involves

We're looking for a motivated Sales Manager to boost sales in Germany
As part of our go-to-market team, you'll find and seal important deals to help our organization grow
Your success will depend on knowing our business well, being a great communicator, and having a track record of successful sales
Own the full sales cycle, with an emphasis on creating and growing new accounts
Work your own deals and build your champions all the way from the early stages to closing
Become a trusted advisor to our customers, nurturing relationships with executive sponsors, GMs, healthcare professionals, as well as our partners
Own the end-to-end renewal process - conducting Quarterly Reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, managing contract negotiations, and coordinating with product teams internally at Corti
Serve as the voice of the customer and help identify pains and patterns and feed these insights to Corti’s product teams
Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Growth, and Engineering to share feedback from customers and improve our products
