Sales Account Manager, Integrum ESG

• You have a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, ideally within a similar industry
• You have a consultative sales style, with a focus on long-term commercial value
• At least a 2:1 Undergraduate Degree or equivalent from a reputable university
• You have a strong work ethic, and will show up every day ready to hunt down and drive commercial growth
• You do not want to be a small cog in a large machine, but want to take a leading role in helping an exciting start-up grow
• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients
• You are persuasive and have the emotional intelligence to balance renewal conversations with new revenue conversations
• You are highly organised and will be able to use a CRM (e.g. Hubspot) and other Outbound tools to prioritise and manage your workload
• You have a well-mannered self-confidence - many of the clients you will be speaking to are time-poor high-achievers, and you will need to be credible and calm when speaking to them
• You have a very strong sense of personal accountability and ownership, with the ability to grasp new ideas and details quickly
• You are a team player who is naturally friendly, has a good sense of humour, and ‘mucks in’ wherever needed

• Onboard and educate new clients post point of purchase to ensure they understand how to make the most of the Integrum ESG platform
• Drive exceptional client satisfaction, ensuring a consistently high Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Build rapport and credibility with time-poor senior professionals, providing relevant insights, strategic advice, and day-to-day support
• Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to ensure ongoing value delivery and relationship health
• Identify land-and-expand opportunities within your accounts by uncovering new stakeholders, use cases, and business units
• Deliver tailored, value-led outreach to encourage broader adoption of the Integrum ESG platform
• Continually educate clients on best practices and new features to deepen engagement and improve platform stickiness
• Lead renewal discussions with clarity and confidence, positioning renewal as a strategic decision with clear ROI
• Spot and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them to our product offering
• Act as the first line of support for client queries, providing timely and solution-oriented responses
• Stay on top of ESG trends, capital markets developments, and competitive intelligence to speak your client’s language and build thought leadership
• Feed insights from client interactions into the Product, Research, and Machine Learning teams to support continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate records in Hubspot, ensuring every client interaction, opportunity, and risk is logged and actionable
• Represent Integrum ESG at industry events, webinars, and panels to elevate our brand and generate opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align messaging, share client insight, and support go-to-market initiatives
