Who you are

What the job involves
- As a Sr HR Coordinator, you will create a world-class onboarding experience for new hires, continuously increasing onboarding eNPS and making an impact almost immediately after starting
- Additionally, you will decrease corporate travel costs per person year over year by enrolling in business airline programs and managing travel requests within our T&E policies
- You will also impact ticket response times for AskHR by setting and tracking SLA’s, automating responses, and updating corporate wiki articles to answer frequently asked questions
- Serve as first point of contact for all team members, owning the HR ticketing system and office management responsibilities at our SF headquarters
- Streamline the onboarding and off-boarding of team members while increasing employee sentiment scores
- Ensure legal compliance by maintaining employee files, administering training programs, and preparing reports
- Own the company wiki on Google Sites, updating and maintaining company pages
- Administrator of travel and expense policy, ensuring compliance and reducing travel costs
- Support ad hoc HR projects as assigned by HR Director
