• 8+ years of experience in strategic roles such as business development, investment banking, or management consulting
• Proven track record of negotiating and deals worth at least $1M annually
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure win-win partnership agreements
• Exceptional project management skills with experience leading large-scale, high-stakes deals
• Executive presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Track record as an internal influencer who can align cross-functional teams around partnership objectives

• Design and implement operational processes to support partnership onboarding, maintenance, and growth
• Create and present business cases to both internal stakeholders and potential partners
• Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to track partnership performance and ROI
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand our partnership network
• Identify emerging market trends and opportunities that could influence our partnership strategy
