Who you are
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably including direct support to a CEO

What the job involves
- Dashlane is currently looking for an experienced, hands-on Executive Assistant to support our CEO
- Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Team, you will serve as a critical partner responsible for managing all aspects of the CEO’s day-to-day operations, including calendar management, communications, internal and external meeting coordination, business event logistics, travel planning, expense reporting, and special projects
- You will act as an extension of the CEO, providing high-level administrative support while maintaining discretion and professionalism in all interactions
- You will coordinate across a wide range of stakeholders — including board members, investors, clients, internal leadership, and external partners — to ensure the CEO’s schedule and priorities are managed efficiently and effectively
- In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, proactive problem-solving, and an ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
- You will also provide on-site support for key events and occasional light travel to assist the CEO, while ensuring a seamless, confidential, and polished experience both internally and externally
- You will be based in Nwe York, with English as your working language
- In your position, you will be expected to be present in the office to support different meetings and events alongside the CEO
- Manage the CEO's calendar and coordinate complex scheduling across time zones for internal and external meetings (including with board members, investors, and fellow CEOs)
- Handle written communications on behalf of the CEO with a high degree of professionalism, including messages to board members and coordination between executives
- Coordinate logistics and provide support for business events and leadership meetings; attend meetings when needed, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, occasionally traveling to support the CEO (<10% travel)
- Support expense reconciliation for the CEO, managing corporate credit cards
- Plan and support key events, including business functions, department offsites, and leadership team gatherings
- Assist with internal communications and serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when managing sensitive information
- Provide "all-hands-on-deck" support during critical periods and business events
