- Prior Accounts Payable experience and working directly with an Accountancy system

What the job involves
- You will be part of the Central Finance Function and you will report to the Senior Accountant
- You will complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, and processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
- Working with numerous suppliers, liaising with them to deal with queries and resolving issues
- Work with the wider team in new system implementation projects
- Process purchase invoices and expense claims and manage the purchase ledger function
- Work with colleagues to resolve invoices and ensure they are paid on time
- Reconcile payments and customer receipts in multiple currencies
- Keep our systems up to date with credit and receipts all logged appropriately
- Managing the finance team outlook inbox
