What the job involves
- We’re an awesome small HR team of one Senior People Operations Manager, one Office Manager, two Talent Acquisition Manager and one Working Student
- Actively take over all People Operations topics such as contract management, onboarding/offboarding, data quality and the handling of all processes and guidelines
- Together with your senior colleague, ensure a proper monthly payroll preparation for Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, India and third parties
- Be the go to person for our diverse team members and leads and support with their requests
- Contribute to improvements and optimizations by actively working on relevant projects
- Work closely with all other teams to develop a strong stakeholder management
