Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in business, economics, marketing or technical field
- 2+ years of experience in startup partner program management, marketing program execution, or demand generation in a technology company
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, specifically with Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Analytics, and Marketing Operations, as well as our startups and startup partners
- Ability to be both strategic and tactical in order to prioritize opportunities, test, and implement successful campaigns

- The Neo4j Startup Program is a technical startup program that enables the success of high-growth startups from ideation to IPO
- The program gives startups access to the best technical database for their rapidly scaling ventures, and is differentiated by being “founder first.”
- We always have the founder's perspective and point of view in everything we do and implement
- The Startup Program Manager will be a program specialist joining at the ground floor of the program’s growth
- This role involves setup and optimizing scalable program processes, including acceptances and support communications, as well as new program initiatives, including managing and building our startup program partner community
- Build and operate programs to support early-stage startups at scale
- Manage and optimize application acceptance workflows
- Act as front-line communications to the startup community by directing questions and providing answers
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting and analytics needs
- Help to build and nurture our growing partner community as well as our startup ecosystem
- Manage co-marketing opportunities with our startup community and coordinate content creation
- Work with our systems teams to improve internal processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute outreach activity with startups

Offered as either a self-hosted database or cloud service, Neo4j is a graph database development platform that focuses on the connections between individual data entities. This offers insights into how systems, people, locations, and seemingly unrelated data points are related so that users can address complex data questions, such as business recommendations, AI, fraud detection, and more. The company is seen as a leader in graph technology with unlimited scaling, which was demonstrated when, in 2021, it produced a record-breaking graph database with over a trillion relationships.
Graph-based data models are now crucial components for AI and machine learning applications, and Neo4j has achieved an impressive number of funding rounds and amassed hundreds of enterprise customers using its product. These include Airbnb, eBay, Lyft, and NASA, the latter of which used graph database technology from Neo4j during the development of the Orion spacecraft.
