Revenue Operations Specialist, Forge

• This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with dynamic sales teams, working with data, and wants hands-on experience in business operations and sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, sales operations or a related role (internship experience considered)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics (excellent Excel skills including creating pivot tables, formulas, and charts)
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

• Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations
• You will be supporting day-to-day operations of the Revenue Operations team
• You will assist the Sales and Revenue teams in optimizing sales processes, managing sales data, and ensuring smooth operations to support revenue generation
• Work with the Senior Director and the broader team on quarterly reporting, and templatization of these reports across revenue streams
• Sales Operations Support: Support day-to-day operations of the sales team including CRM management, reporting, tracking sales performance, and client information
• Continuous Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency. Recommend solutions to enhance sales productivity and reduce friction in the sales cycle
• Develop internal and external presentations using powerpoint, canva or other tools
• Develops reports, requiring data analysis and summarization of data from different sources
• Support ad-hoc projects for the leadership team
