Who you are

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field
Proven success in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
Experience in AI, Vector databases, and search technologies is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

What the job involves

Building out the sales function and processes
Setting out a contact strategy for building relationships with decision-makers. Identifying, and developing new account opportunities
Convert existing users of the open source product to a paid hosted SaaS solution (PLG motion)
Coordinating and implementing resources for discovery calls, presentations, and demos
Conducting contract negotiations and professional after-sales support to maintain the relationship throughout the purchasing process
Tracking all opportunities and customer details, including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting
Working collaboratively with Vespa.ai’s technology and executive departments to meet the needs of key accounts
