Who you are
- Be pursuing a PhD in a quantitative field, with a graduation date no earlier than Winter 2024
- Have a solid foundation in statistical theory
- Have good data intuition
- Be proficient in coding in Python or R, with an emphasis on statistical coding, data manipulation, and data visualization
- Effectively communicate via presentations and/or written documentation
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
Desirable
- Experience with developing statistical methodology, multiple hypothesis testing, and/or predictive modeling
- Has a solid understanding of statistical theory
- Quickly grasp data challenges, understand the statistical nuances, propose a strategy to solve those challenges, and implement a solution
- ML experience

- Coding proficiency in SQL
