Role
Who you are
- Extensive experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing product and brand design
- Mastery of design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Figma, AI design tools, and Google Slides. Experience with video editing software is also a bonus
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to conceptualize, articulate, and bring creative ideas to life
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with a proven track record of creating polished, professional designs
- Strong multitasking ability, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and consistently meeting deadlines
- A passion for crafting visually compelling content that simplifies and conveys complex ideas, elevating the user experience
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with great attention to detail to join our dynamic team
- This role is crucial in creating visually captivating digital marketing materials, presentation decks, infographics, and videos across various platforms, ensuring our visual content stands out and engages users effectively
- Leverage your artistic expertise to create innovative and dynamic visual content across our product, social media channels, emails, and website
- Define and lead visual design initiatives, collaborating across departments to enhance creativity and operational efficiency
- Deeply understand our audience, gathering insights to advocate for their needs in design decisions and ensuring designs resonate with them
- Ensure all visual content aligns with our branding guidelines, contributing to a cohesive and compelling brand identity
- Design impactful presentation decks and infographics for events such as meetings, ensuring clarity and visual appeal
- Edit videos with precision for various platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), adding value where possible
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment within your team and across functions, driving continuous improvement and collaboration
- You'll work closely with our Marketing, Product, and Design teams

- Hiring Manager / technical interview
- Task stage
- Cultural chat
- Founder / Exec Interview

Our take
FitXR is rewriting the rules of fitness through immersive technologies. Using VR, it offers 5 studios, with hundreds of high energy classes on demand and choreographed by industry-leading fitness experts.
FitXR has successfully set itself apart in the space, becoming known for its engaging content and even referred to as the "most intense workout". This suggests they have bought users the same type of workout they would get in the gym, but in the Metaverse.
There has been a sharp rise in interest to use VR for fitness, and FitXR are well set to succeed in this growing market. To help attract new users (including those brand new to fitness), the company has partnered with the renowned Dr Brendon Stubbs, PhD - one of the world's leading exercise researchers.
