• As a Senior Data Analyst (R&D), you’ll be instrumental in shaping our data-driven decision-making. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data to generate actionable insights that optimize performance, drive growth, and enhance our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy
• Beyond conducting analyses, you’ll play a strategic role in:
• ✅ Improving our data infrastructure
• ✅ Defining critical metrics
• ✅ Fostering a culture of experimentation
• Product Taxonomy – Establish a standardised framework to categorize and measure product features, ensuring clear attribution of their impact on conversion, expansion, and churn
• PLG Foundations & Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) – Identify key demographic, firmographic, and behavioral signals that correlate with conversion, expansion, and churn. Help refine our understanding of product usage patterns that drive growth
• Building a Culture of World-Class Experimentation – Overhaul and optimize our A/B testing tools, systems, and processes to improve the speed, confidence, and quality of decision-making across the company
• Be a strategic partner – Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align analytics initiatives with business objectives. Help prioritize and tackle high-impact analytical challenges
• Define and standardize key metrics – Work closely with Tracking and Data Engineering to ensure consistent measurement and analysis of critical business metrics
• Generate impactful insights – Use SQL and Python to conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses, uncover trends, and refine our GTM strategy and Product roadmap
• Enable self-service analytics at scale – Develop and automate Looker dashboards, empowering non-technical teams to make data-driven decisions
• Lead experimentation efforts – Design and analyze A/B tests using Growthbook and/or Amplitude, optimizing marketing campaigns and product strategies with data-driven evidence
