- 5+ years in performance marketing or growth marketing, ideally in crypto, blockchain, or SaaS industries
- Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and social platforms
- Familiarity with staking, blockchain APIs, and infrastructure solutions is a strong plus
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with a track record of optimizing CPL and CAC to meet growth goals
- Ability to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns tied directly to measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of Web3 audiences and how to effectively reach them across channels
- A hands-on executor who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of results
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance immediate growth priorities and long-term brand-building goals
- Collaborative and low-ego team player passionate about pushing the boundaries of digital engagement
What the job involves
- As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be the powerhouse behind Validation Cloud’s growth, establishing us as the go-to infrastructure provider for the Web3 economy
- This role is all about blending creativity and strategy—rolling out bold campaigns that drive results today while shaping a brand that lasts for tomorrow
- From generating high-quality leads to running performance-driven marketing and targeted brand initiatives, you’ll partner with our Sales and Product teams to supercharge our expansion
- Design and execute paid ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and social media platforms to drive enterprise leads
- Optimize campaign performance with A/B testing, ensuring CPL and CAC align with targets
- Promote whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content through targeted ads and distribution channels to position Validation Cloud as an industry leader
- Collaborate with the content team to create campaigns that highlight our brand’s technical expertise
- Develop and manage multi-channel growth campaigns focused on acquiring enterprise customers and increasing visibility in the Web3 space
- Use data-driven insights to refine audience targeting and messaging
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (CTR, CAC, ROI) to ensure continuous improvement and transparency
- Leverage audience insights to drive innovative marketing strategies and anticipate market trends
- Launch targeted campaigns to establish Validation Cloud as a trusted leader in crypto staking and infrastructure
- Secure speaking opportunities, webinars, and co-marketing efforts with industry partners to enhance brand credibility
Our take
Within the Web 3.0 sector, Validation Cloud is known as a node API, staking and data service platform, that helps young networks to develop their infrastructure. Working within blockchain technology, Validation Cloud ultimately wants to help more companies migrate into Web 3.0.
So far, the company has aided established networks such as Chainlink and Hedera, and continues to develop infrastructure for emerging blockchains such as Aptos and Eigenlayer. Early VC from the likes of AP Capital Partners and the Blockchain Founders Fund indicate the interest in Validation Cloud, and it plans to use this funding to expand its technology and team.
