Who you are
- You've got hands-on experience shooting and producing winning short-form video content
- Excellent graphic design and video editing skills
- You have the ability to think in content systems rather than one-off posts
- You've got some experience working with paid social creative
- Comfortable publishing and scheduling content, not just creating it
- Background in startups, agencies, or fast-moving consumer brands
- Strong content taste and attention to detail

What the job involves
- We are hiring a Senior Content Producer to build and run a scalable, video-first content engine across The Cruise Globe and The Cruise Maps
- You will take ownership of how content is planned, produced, repurposed, organised, and published, with a strong focus on short-form video for organic and paid social
- This is a genuinely hands-on role. You will personally shoot, edit, and publish much of our day-to-day content, while also knowing when to manage higher-production shoots with external partners
- You will work closely with the founders, our product team, and external marketing agencies to ensure there is always a strong flow of fresh, effective creative
- You will design content with repurposing in mind from the start. Turning a small number of core assets into multiple formats and variants
- You'll use AI and modern tools to accelerate production and reduce manual effort
- You will continuously test hooks, formats, and storytelling approaches
- A major advantage of this role is close collaboration with Emma Cruises, one of the largest and most trusted cruise creators in the world (420k+ Youtube Subs)

With demand for cruises at record levels, The Cruise Globe offers a social-ready tracking app for travellers. Having built a huge community of cruise enthusiasts, The Cruise Globe uses satellite ship tracking technology to create a Strava-like digital archive of all its users' exact cruise routes, building a record of all the port calls - and memories - they made on their journey.
The Cruise Globe also uses its app to track future and current cruise routes, with a collaborative trip planning tool in the works. The company has already signed partnerships with 10 of the world's largest cruise lines including Cunard, MSC, and P&O.
Alongside its software, The Cruise Globe produces physical maps, albums and keepsakes that transform cruise routes into tangible memories, creating a unique bridge between digital journeys and real-world artefacts. The company is fast becoming the digital home for cruisers and - in what was once considered a niche market - The Cruise Globe is positioning itself as the central platform where travellers will discover, plan, book and relive their journeys at sea.
