Who you are

Recognized change leader with significant experience of program management, and governance. Experience in delivering Regulatory projects or knowledge of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) is a plus
Extensive business experience in a large, dynamic organization with strong programme leadership skills and knowledge. Experience running large programmes in constantly evolving environments (with international teams)
Self-starter with positive, proactive, presence to empower and inspire and establish and maintain credibility with senior management
Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor messages to audience, as well as excellent interpersonal and communicating skills
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams with strong influencing, negotiation & collaboration skills. Demonstrates ability to deal with a rapidly changing environment and a high degree of ambiguity and to address challenges creatively

What the job involves

We are looking for a Program Manager who is passionate about resilience programs such as DORA implementation and there is a chance to lead other regulatory projects as well within operational resilience
This role will report into Head of Operational Resilience
Program management on Operational resilience regulatory projects or programme such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act and ownership of portfolio of other regulatory projects from inception through to delivery
Prepare programme or project briefs, project initiation documents (or equivalent) and business cases ensuring appropriate programme or project management frameworks are in place
Securing resources and expertise from the wider organisation as required and presenting DORA and resilience projects roadmap to ensure collaboration and prioritisation across the relevant teams
Resolves critical path for successful project delivery and actively leads dependencies to drive projects to OnTime/OnBudget/OnScope delivery
Collaborate with all partners to ensure all have a shared & common understanding of project objectives, timeline and deliverables as well as required actions
Provide transparency into programme status producing status reports, project update for stakeholders, required boards and committees
Chairs steering committees and working groups as the need arises. Estimate, plan, track and analyse budget, actuals and projections
