Role
Who you are
- 1-3 years of email marketing or marketing coordination experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred
- Working knowledge of ESP, CRM, or automation systems
- Effective time management, high attention to detail, and demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Understanding or prior experience using web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics)
- Hands-on experience with campaign execution, including email marketing, HTML code, and campaign analysis, preferred
- Comfortability working in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets with experience with pivot tables, and enhanced functions (i.e. vlookups)
- Basic working knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop
- Experience in SFMC, Bluecore, Attentive, or Klaviyo a plus
- Experience working within a Project Management platform (i.e. Asana, Basecamp, Redbooth, Wrike, etc)
- Detail oriented, proactive, fast learner, and effective communicator
What the job involves
- Wpromote is looking for a sharp Email Coordinator to join our Email & Lifecycle Marketing team. We're looking for someone who is interested in establishing a strong foundation within the world of Email and Lifecycle Marketing while having fun along the way
- This is a unique hybrid role that will get exposure to being in-office on the client side as well as agency experience with being sounded by supportive Email experts
- Coordinating and project managing end-to-end email production from request to the briefing, creative approvals, through to setup and execution
- Communicating with internal and external partners
- Overseeing the QA and deployment of all email & SMS campaigns
- Implementing email templates (HTML or WSYWG) within various ESPs (ie: SFMC, BlueCore, Klaviyo, etc)
- Troubleshooting custom HTML and QA utilizing an Email Testing/Rendering platform (i.e. Email on Acid)
- Assisting Developers in editing Email HTML code for multiple email accounts
- The liaise with internal coding and design teams and other digital channels to ensure on-time delivery of work to clients
- Creating reporting mechanisms to measure the impact of email marketing efforts, working with the internal reporting team to set up benchmarks, and driving performance improvements
- Gathering and analyzing data from a variety of sources to provide
- Managers with the ability to make informed investment and strategic planning decisions
- Communicating results and recommending actions to all levels within the department and proactively identifying opportunities for research that help move the business forward
- Assisting with implementing reporting and testing strategies with other data extraction, reporting, and analytical tools (i.e. Google Analytics)
- Learning from the Email Manager's best practices of the Email channel and developing a strategy
- Working with Email Managers to analyze email campaign KPIs and identify trends to develop strategies and implement optimization tactics
- On-site in client office immersed in projects and business initiatives
