• In this role, you'll partner closely with Product to analyze customer needs and craft innovative, high-quality software that addresses real-world problems
• Your technical expertise, aligned with strategic product insights, will ensure that our engineering solutions not only meet but exceed customer expectations
• You'll drive the development of new features and modernize our suite of applications
• With a focus on autonomy and innovation, you'll lead the charge in bringing cutting-edge ideas to life, enhancing our products for tens of thousands of users
• Projects include building modern REST APIs, integrating latest technologies, and updating the user interface
• Deliver value by providing solutions that effectively address customer needs, drive business objectives
• Lead the conception, design, and implementation of new features and enhancements to our Windows desktop, our API, and our server software products
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize feature development
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Communicative with team members and comfortable talking to customers, either to debug their problems, gather feedback or present solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions and conduct necessary research to ensure the scalability and performance of our solutions
