What the job involves
- This is more than a sales job. It’s your chance to be part of a movement that’s taking off — one with no limits on growth, impact, or where your career can go if you bring the results
- We’re looking for Account Executives to supercharge our growth in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland — and to unlock new states like Virginia, Ohio, and Tennessee
- This is not a plug-and-play role
- It’s for people who are hungry, ambitious, and energized by the challenge of building something new
- You’ll own relationships with district leaders, guide them through a consultative process, and help them bring transformational math instruction to their schools
- You’ll have support — from centralized marketing campaigns, global webinars, and high-impact events — but success will come from your ability to love building relationships, design your own plan, execute it relentlessly, and own your number
- Open doors: Prospect relentlessly, reach out creatively, and generate new relationships with district leaders where Innovamat can make the biggest impact
- Drive first conversations: Lead consultative discussions that uncover needs and create excitement around a new approach to math
- Team up to win: Work with senior leaders and math success managers to deliver powerful demos and close transformational partnerships
- Show up everywhere: Represent Innovamat at conferences, host local events, and make us visible across your territory
- Love the game: Enjoy sales, building relationships, and generating real impact for kids and teachers
- Own your number: Build and execute a personal plan to exceed your goals, supported by centralized campaigns and events
Our take
Despite its immense importance, the education space has been slow to evolve, with much of teaching still relying on knowledge-first, memory-based curricula. Innovamat sets out to change this, with a maths curriculum focused on collaboration, discussion, and investigation, delivered through the Innovamat App and its classroom management platform.
Innovamat's resources enable teachers to deliver sequenced sessions, running all the way from infant to secondary - all from one platform. The app provides self-adaptive practice and progress reports, tuned to the pace of each student, and the company also supplies complementary materials for hands-on learning. In addition, it also provides teacher training resources to ensure all staff are able to deliver the curriculum to their best ability.
With a presence established in Catalonia and Latin America, the company is now looking towards further geographical expansion, particularly in the US and Italy. Innovamat has raised impressive funding that will accelerate research and development, support this new expansion, and allow it to reach even more students, atop the 210,000 already learning through its curriculum.
