What the job involves

Design, implement and continuously improve business processes and systems in HR, finance, legal, and technology
Regularly present updates on current state and recommendations for operational improvements to leadership
Manage “end-to-end” a range of partners and vendors (e.g. legal counsel, vendors, event planners, custodial firms, facilities relationships, etc.) to ensure successful organizational and programmatic outcomes: this includes identifying need for partners, evaluating and making recommendations to leadership, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing management
Partner closely with the finance team on processes such as audits, creating and managing budgets, expense approvals, contracting, fund disbursement, invoice management
Provide HR support: full ownership of onbaording & offboarding plus recruiting support
Complete special projects including investee sourcing as needed

The organization runs a scholarship and young leaders programme, alongside a tech accelerator which funds 12 companies run by low and moderate-income Americans. On top of this, its Deep SHAALA programme is focused on students in rural areas of India’s Gujarat state, bringing them digital tools and ways of learning to enhance their digital education.
