Role
Who you are
- Bachelors degree
- 2-3 years of experience supporting People processes and programs
- Experience leading projects from ideation to execution
- Experience with supporting annual performance management processes/cycles
- Experience navigating through ambiguity
- Great listening skills and effective communication

What the job involves
- InMobi is looking for a HR Generalist to support our HRBP team within the North America People team
- Support the ideation and implementation of people processes and programs this may includes but is not restricted to onboarding, performance management, talent management, employee programs, engagement surveys and exit management
- Be the first point of contact for employees on People programs and initiatives
- Cultivate relationships with employees and managers to gain valuable feedback on employee experience/ engagement and team effectiveness, leading to critical insights for action
- Provide input to support plans to improve efficiency on employee lifecycle processes and partner with cross functional teams for implementation
- Provide operational support to the HR business partner team on data management, changes and implementing COE led people programs
- Provide monthly reporting to track key people metrices and derive actionable insights for opportunities or risks. This includes analysis of demography, pulse surveys, hiring and attrition
- Ensure hygiene of employee data by updating employee data, changes and conducting periodic reviews
- Contribute towards creating employee experiences which strengthen one’s sense of belonging, inclusion, and motivation

Mobile advertising is an incredibly important element of marketing campaigns for modern businesses, but success is limited to the quality of engagements that campaigns have with audiences. Engagement can be optimised by targeting ads to relevant audiences through cookies and other data sets, but without the right analytic tools to lead to actionable insights, this data remains useless.
InMobi provides a data-driven mobile marketing platform, offering a toolkit called InMobi Pulse that provides insights into mobile marketing based on consumer feedback, product testing, and other proprietary data. The company also provides InMobi Exchange, a platform for reaching mobile-first audiences and an enterprise-grade platform for purchasing DSP services.
Whilst it is undeniable that InMobi faces competition from other mobile-focused marketing platforms, the company stands out with the sheer range of tools it offers and its focus on markets such as India and Southeast Asia, which are difficult for North American and European firms to enter. InMobi has plans to further expand globally, however, and is bringing its Glance lock screen advertising product to the US and Latin America in the near future.
